My name is Cheryl Beatty, and I hail from the great State of North Carolina! Little did I know that I would fall in love with the State of Florida and the title industry when we moved here to be near my husband’s family. After many years in the mortgage lending business, it was time to expand my horizon and learn the title end of real estate. Having been trained in marketing and closing by some of the best in the industry and with my God-given ability to work with people, I love working with Heritage Title Services.
